Yes, your cocktail connoisseur is back with some more Labor Day cocktail ideas just before the long weekend. Don’t forget to go back and search the other posts to find the first posting I wrote.
This one features three recipes that include Skinnygirl vodka, which I’m sure I’d love as much as I like skinny girls…sorry if that sounds weird. But if you don’t have Skinnygirl vodka, I bet you can make it work with other kinds of vodka. And here we go…
The Endless Summer
-1 and 1/2 ounces of Skinnygirl Island Coconut Vodka
-3 ounces pineapple juice
-4 ounces sparkling water
-1 cup sliced mango, frozen
-Ice
-Mango wedge for garnish
Pour your ice and sliced mango into a glass, then follow up with the vodka, juice, and sparkling water, garnish and serve. That was easy!
Sunset Strawberry Lemonade
-2 ounces of Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
-2 large muddled strawberries
-1 ounce of powdered lemonade mix
-Splash of club soda
-Ice
Take your glass, fill in the ice, strawberries, and lemonade mix. Then add vodka and your club soda and you’re chillin’.
Tropical Tea-se
-1 and 1/2 ounces Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka
-6 ounces green tea or diet green tea
-Ice
-Pineapple wedge for garnish
Fill your glass with ice, then pour in the vodka and tea. Pineapple wedge it and drink it all up.
